featured blogger

as a member of the artists information company website, i make use of their blogging platform as a reflective and progress tracking tool.  they also keep an instagram feed on which they feature work and projects.  this week i’ve been their featured blogger.

i had sometime to put together the five images and i found it quite challenging.  by the friday post i think i’d relaxed into it and am pleased with the overall collection of images.

as with all things, if i did it again i would put into practice what i’ve learnt doing it for the first time.

Part of his process has been to document a model railway, part of the museum’s collection since the Festival of Britain in 1951. Wednesday Featured blogger from #an_artistsblogs this week, Andrew Martyn Sugars @andrewmartynsugars One of the good things about 2016 for Andrew was his #artresidency at #DerbySilkMill, which he approached as if “hitting the ground running”. Here is an image is from the #bigbang #exhibition; the brief was to create something #playful and #engaging to #promote and start #conversations with visiting #schools.
